Use the billing terms from your quote.

The calculator multiplies those three figures for each equipment line. It does not infer occupancy from a trailer name or convert a calendar month into four weeks.
Dates and crew numbers describe your request; they do not set the billing periods. Minimum rental terms, partial-period rounding, extensions, room allocation and permitted occupancy must be agreed separately. A change of equipment clears that line’s rate so a price for one configuration is not silently applied to another.
